A Four Horsemen mainstay, our stout won the "Best Washington Malt Beer Award" in 2016 because of its malt forward taste and smooth mouth feel. Coffee and chocolate flavors from roasted barley come through in taste, though no coffee is actually added. It's the magic of the roast! A marriage of flavors, notes of coffee and chocolate prevail in this dark horse. Pun intended :)

An awesome new addition to the Four Horsemen list! Chocolate Peanut Butter Imperial Porter. Coming in at 9% ABV, it doesn't take as strong as it is, but the flavor will for sure knock you off your feet.

A refreshing and somewhat tart brew that pours slightly cloudy, the Heemeyer entices you with its appearance. This beer boasts a subtle sweetness derived from a unique blend of wheat grains, hops, perfectly complemented by the delicate flavors of steeped pineapple weed, also known as wild chamomile.

This brew is loved by many for its sly sweetness. Its core comes from barley roasted in-house that gives off flavor of toffee, marshmallow, and caramel. Meadowfoam honey gives this beer a unique flavor that makes you want to be around a campfire. Its play on s'mores, where the marshmallow, honey, and chocolate roast together with the grain in a blend of campy nostalgia.

Awesome lighter style beer, perfect for spring/summer. Using a WSU created barley varietal called NZ-151 , the pilsner malt notes definitely come forward.

The sour flavor comes through during the secondary fermentation process. The amber hue is from toasted barley grown and malted at Skagit Valley Malting. Subtle balanced notes of cinnamon and caramelized sugar come from carmelized pumpkins from Mosby Farms. Puckery at first, the mouthwatering action will ignite other flavors, leaving you in an autumnal daze of satiation.
