Light in color, this lager is smooth, crisp, and its juicy mango notes will leave you feeling refreshed. Fit for year round enjoyment when you need to escape our seasonal grey skies with this tropical libation.
A refreshing brew that pours slightly cloudy, the Heemeyer entices you with its appearance. This beer boasts a subtle sweetness derived from a unique blend of wheat hops, perfectly complemented by the delicate flavors of steeped pineapple weed, also known as wild chamomile.
Light red in hue, this sumptuous amber is visually stimulating. The Amarillo hops are forward in nose and taste, with no lingering bitterness. Detectable stone fruit notes with a balance of maltiness and hoppiness makes this beer enjoyable year-round without the bitter attitude!
Back by popular demand, our blondie boasts mild flavor with subtle mouth feel. Made with Sabro and Amarillo hops, it offers a subtle nutty vanilla flavor, similar to a Blue Moon; though it is NOT a wheat beer. It's easy drinking all year around and pairs well with just about anything from the food truck.
This brew is loved by many for its sly sweetness. Its core comes from barley roasted in-house that gives off flavor of toffee, marshmallow, and caramel. Meadowfoam honey gives this beer a unique flavor that makes you want to be around a campfire. Its play on s'mores, where the marshmallow, honey, and chocolate roast together with the grain in a blend of campy nostalgia.
Crafted with Sabro and Amarillo hops, this brew offers a strong hop profile with a floral aroma. Its slightly hazy appearance invites you into a vibrant tasting experience, balanced at 6.5% ABV and 70 IBU. Perfect for hop lovers and IPA enthusiasts alike, this beer captures the essence of the PNW.
Introducing "Pale Rider," a pale ale that tantalizes your senses with a dank aroma. Featuring vibrant hop flavors from Sabro and Amarillo hops, this brew offers a refreshing experience that doesn't linger as long as our Tribute IPA. Enjoy the perfect balance of boldness and drinkability with every sip.
A Four Horsemen mainstay, our stout won the "Best Washington Malt Beer Award" in 2016 because of its malt forward taste and smooth mouth feel. Coffee and chocolate flavors from roasted barley come through in taste, though no coffee is actually added. It's the magic of the roast! A marriage of flavors, notes of coffee and chocolate prevail in this dark horse. Pun intended :)
The sour flavor comes through during the secondary fermentation process. The amber hue is from toasted barley grown and malted at Skagit Valley Malting. Subtle balanced notes of cinnamon and caramelized sugar come from carmelized pumpkins from Mosby Farms. Puckery at first, the mouthwatering action will ignite other flavors, leaving you in an autumnal daze of satiation.
100% Washington sourced cider base, balanced between a dry and sweet cider and fermented using a wine based yeast. Not too dry and not too sweet, the perfect combination.
Another 100% Washington-based cider base, combined with blackberries picked straight from the property, and fermented using a wine based yeast. Different and not as sweet as a traditional apple.
Crisp and refreshing, this lightly sweet and bubbly seltzer is made from essential oils from hops to boost its floral character. Not your average sugary soda, it's a beverage for all ages!
